40 Minute Class
We will move in diverse ways through the different body positions: think belly, back, knees, standing!
Each class focuses on mobility, strength, mindfulness and breath.
This class is a great option if you’re craving an empowering and playful yoga experience. This is by no means an advanced class, but you will be challenged!
